It’s a busy day as we have horses across two meetings where BALLYHAHILL goes in the fillies maiden hurdle. She is a lightly raced type who has cheekpieces on for the first time here. She was very good on debut and we hope she can build on that under Josh Williamson who claims 5lbs.

Our second runner in Wexford is SCALPNAGOON in the beginners chase. He has gained a bit of experience over fences and has run very well on all of his attempts. Josh Williamson has been booked to ride and hopefully he can get his nose in front this time.

Over in Kilbeggan FIRST ASCENT goes in a maiden hurdle where he looks to be an improving type. He may be better suited to handicaps but it would be great if he could nab a win on the way with Jack Kennedy.

Our final runner of the day is MA JACKS HILL in a good handicap chase. On ratings he should be close enough to prime position with Jack Kennedy in the saddle.
