It was a good day yesterday and hopefully we can keep up the momentum here with three in the opener with LAKOTA BLUE, VOICE OF REASON and AMBER POINT. Lakota Blue returns and has some good form but can be frustrating and we claim off him with Finn Brickley taking away 7lbs. VOICE OF REASON has been great for teaching the young lads about race riding and Paddy Cleary claiming 7lbs. Amber Point hasn’t shown much and will be ridden by Patrick O’Brien.

PENNY EXPRESS is having his first run on the track and goes in this maiden hurdle. There are a few exposed types in this and hopefully he can go well with Sam Ewing booked to ride.

Finally in the Hunter Chase we have LAST ROUND who has a string of thirds by his name as he aims to improve that tally with Harry Swan in the saddle.
