It is a quiet day racing for us as we have 3 runner in Sligo.

Our first runner of the afternoon is SPORTING GLORY in the beginnners chase over 2m1f. He returns after an absence. He showed some talent over hurdles last season and he has relatively few miles on the clock for a 9 year old. A number of these may have race fitness on their side but it looks a relatively open race with Jack Kennedy booked to ride.

Our next runner comes in the 2m5f beginners chase in the shape of STRETCHEMOUT. This mare had her first run over fences under rules 12 days ago and should bounce back quickly. She gets a 7lbs allowance here against the geldings and will have Jack Kennedy in the saddle.

Finally the Solar Generation Chase has attracted only 5 runners where we have RIAAN. He is off a high enough mark based on his most recent performances. He may need to drop further before being able to land a definitive blow however, this looks a good race for him to get involved and pick up some prize money. Danny Gilligan has been booked to ride.
