Today we head to Galway with 5 runners as Pour Les Filles is now a non-runner.

Our first runner of the afternoon is ARCTIC AMBITION in the Ryans Cleaning Handicap Hurdle over 2m3f. This horse is wonderfully consistent and again switches back to hurdles after a brief stint over fences. This looks a competitive race where Jack Kennedy is booked to ride.

It is a very small field for the Mongey Communications Chase where there are just 4 runners. FRONTAL ASSAULT tops the weights here and may struggle but with such a small field it is worth taking a chance. This is another ride for Jack Kennedy.

For the beginners chase over 2m2f we have ITSWHATUNITESUS who is having his first run of the season. He looked good over hurdles last season but got found out in Grade 1 company. He has always looked a chaser and given time hopefully this will be his season. This is another ride for Jack Kennedy.

For the Guinness Handicap Chase we have PATS CHOICE. This horse has been very consistent in this sort of company over the summer and looks to have a decent chance here. He goes off a nice mark and will have Jack Kennedy in the saddle. Hopefully things can go well for the pair.

Our final runner of the afternoon is DEE CAPO in the bumper. This horse has had two starts in bumpers now and steps up in trip here. He is beautifully bred and fingers crossed it won’t be long before there is a 1 beside his name. Harry Swan rides and claims 5lbs.
