There are a whole host of small fields for today’s jump card in Fairyhouse with the opener being a prime example. MANOIR DE MIRANDE faces 5 other rivals here in a beginners chase. He was unlucky in his first start over fence so hopefully this will be a more positive run with Jack Kennedy booked to ride.

KAINSBOURG returns in the beginners chase a fresh horse and will be the mount of Jordan Gainford. He has some good form and will hopefully be the better for it. STRAIGHT JOHN is also returning from a break and proved to be useful last season. This should be more his game and he will be ridden by Jack Kennedy.

We double up in the mares maiden hurdle where GOODGOLLYMISSHOLLY looks to have another run before finishing up for the Summer. We claim off her with Paddy Cleary in the saddle. MARIE D’ANGOS is having her first start for us and she was placed in a point to point. She can hopefully have a positive starts with Jack Kennedy in the saddle.

DAIRY FORCE is trying to back up his win quickly in the handicap hurdle over 2m. He is a very consistent horse who always tries and we claim with Kevin Healy taking away 7lbs.

rounding off the day we have GRATITUDEFORGRACE in the ladies bumper. This will be Mealla’s first ride for us and this filly already has a bit of experience. The 7lbe claims should be a great help here and hopefully all can go well.
