Today we head across the road to Fairyhouse with 8 runners.

We don’t have anything for the opener so move straight on to the auction maiden hurdle over 2m. PURSE PRICE is our sole representative in this race. She has been in fine form recently and has come close on many occasions. She will have first time cheekpieces on and will be ridden by Sam Ewing.

For the Tommy Carberry handicap hurdle we have three runners. AMERICAN MIKE, WESEEKHIMHERE and RODANICHE. American Mike is in need of this run in order to qualify for the handicaps at Cheltenham. This will be a big ask off top weight but it will give him every chance for March, Jordan Gainford rides. Weseekhimhere ran really well on his return and looks to be bang on here and will be ridden by Denis O’Regan. Finally we have Rodaniche who has dropped a bit in the weights but may need to fall a little further before being competitive, Sam Ewing has been booked to ride.

It’s a big gap to our next runners, FARCLAS and PENCILFULLOFLEAD in the Bobbyjo Chase. Farclas is probably in need of a run here but he also comes here fresh and will have Sam Ewing booked to ride. Pencilfulloflead ran a huge race in the Thyestes and it was great to see a glimmer of his former self, Jordan Gainford has been booked to ride.

Rounding up the day we have DOWN MEMORY LANE in the bumper. This horse was an impressive winner of his point to point and has been given a bit of time to adjust to our system here. Derek O’Connor has been booked to ride.
