We go north today as we mix between flat and jumps with a busy day ahead in Downpatrick in particular. EURO AGENT goes in the 2m1f maiden hurdle where he looks to have a really decent chance. He has been consistently placing and makes a quick return to the track one of which he looks to like. Jack Kennedy has been booked to ride.

Another horse who would be well celebrated if successful is LYGON LAD who has a go in Novice company fresh from his maiden victory. He should be at his best at this part of the season and is hopefully riding the crest of a wave.

Slowly improving is FUUSLAND and he has a crack at the 2m5f maiden hurdle. It is a particularly small field for this event which is no harm and the slight reduction from last time out will be a bonus. Jack Kennedy has been booked to ride.

We double up in the 0-100 handicap hurdle. KING OF WESTEROS has been a bit disappointing of late but further reduction of his mark should hopefully allow him to be more competitive along with Kevin Healy taking an additional 7lbs off his back. ERSUDALY is having her first run for us and we will learn more from this outing. Jack Kennedy rides.

DOWN AROUND was a faller the last day when travelling strongly but today is over a much shorter trip. He may be better suited to handicaps in this discipline and Sam Ewing has been booked to ride.

KING GRIS has his handicap debut where he has claimer Paddy Cleary in the saddle. He was a hurdle winner but a chase win seem elusive at present.

Over in Dundalk on the flat, Nina Doherty is reunited with her dance partner BOSTON MAX in the 7f handicap. He has only run over this distance once and the consistent going should benefit him.
