Over in Downpatrick our first runner of the afternoon is TROPICAL TWIST. This filly ran very well on debut over hurdles and has every right to improve here for her second start with Jack Kennedy in the saddle. It looks a good open race.

The field has reduced to only 5 for WHISPERING HOPES’ race. She was a faller the last day but was none the worse for that and returns here. She looks to be in really good form for this and it could present as a great chance to land a blow. Jack Kennedy has been booked to ride.

We have two runners in the 2m6f maiden hurdle which has only attracted a field of 5. POUR LES FILLES has plenty of gears but will have to overcome a long layoff here with Jack Kennedy booked to ride. PAS PEUR DE TOI was a bit disappointing the last day but can hopefully overcome that to improve here with Jordan Gainford booked to ride.

BOSTON JURY was a non-runner the last day but looks good to go here. He will need to pick up his form here but can hopefully find his way into the frame with Jack Kennedy booked to ride.

It was brilliant to see STRETCHEMOUT score the last day over fences and she has every right to improve further especially as this looks a particularly weak race with Jack Kennedy.

Over in Chepstow we have TULLYBEG in the veterans handicap. Conditions look to really suit him and he has been in good form of late and will be ridden by Sean Bowen.

Finally for Chepstow we have KAINSBOURG who looked to be revitalized the last day when back to winning ways. There seem to be a few fancied horses in this race but he could upset the party with James Bowen booked to ride.
