We’re off to Downpatrick with 5 runners where LOCH CUAN is our sole representative now in the Randox maiden hurdle. Roc Dino is the one to beat here but Loch Cuan can hopefully put it to him as he improved a great deal the last day and is open to improvement with Sam booked to ride.

Next up is KING GRIS who goes in the handicap hurdle. The ground could be a shade on the good side for him here and may be seen to better effect once his mark drops down with Sam booked to ride.

FLYING ACE has his first start over hurdles in the 2m3f maiden hurdle. He ran very well in a bumper the last day and is open to plenty of improvement. He is one of the lesser exposed types and will be ridden by Sam Ewing.

HARDY DIAMOND was unlucky with some jumping errors the last day but still thugged it out to be third. We claim off her again for this quick turn around with Josh Williamson claiming 5lbs in this handicap hurdle.

Our final runner of the afternoon is KISUTON ENKI. This mare made a great return to the track when she was just denied on her return to the track after a long lay off. Hopefully there is more to come from her but she will be carrying one of the heaviest weights compared to her competitors with Harry Swan booked to ride.
