The new season starts today!

Our first runners come in the opportunity maiden hurdle over 2m. MORDOR is ready to go in this open event and can hopefully pounce early. Freshly crowned Danny Gilligan is booked to ride. NEMO probably needs a few more runs under his belt before he can get in the frame, Carl Millar claims 4lbs.

UP AND OUT ran a really nice race the last day which will have set her up well here. She tries her best and it would be great to see her finish in the frame with Jake Coen booked to ride and claim 5lbs.

GOLD IN THE RIVERS was a runaway winner the last day but that was a very weak race. This looks a bit hotter and he takes his chances with Carl Millar in the saddle claiming 7lbs.

MAGIC TRICKS is our final runner of the day. The head gear is off today and Jody McGarvey is booked to ride. He has a decent chance in this and it would be great to see him go well.
