We send out 4 runners in Cork today.

In the opener, the Mallow 3YO Hurdle, KALEOSUN makes his debut for the yard. The son of No Risk At All won an AQPS flat race in France before joining the team and has been schooling well at home. We’re hoping for a good performance from him on his hurdling debut. Jack Kennedy rides.

PURSE PRICE has been a consistent mare for connections and steps back up in trip to 2m4f today in the Auction Maiden Hurdle. She’s had a small break since her last run in Sligo back in July where she was slightly disappointing. We’re hoping she’ll show a good account of herself over the longer distance today and Jack Kennedy rides.

In the Novice Hurdle we run Pinyon Jay. A winner on his hurdling debut over 2m4f, he looks like he should appreciate the step up in trip to 3 miles. The ground was better that day so if he handles the softer conditions then could be in the mix at the business end. Jack Kennedy rides.

Our final runner of the day is EPSON DU HOUX in the handicap chase. The three time chase winner is having his first start since moving to Cullentra and if he can bounce back to form then he has a good chance here today. Jack Kennedy will be in the saddle.
