We start the two day meeting in Ballinrobe with BEACON EDGE in the McHale Pro Glide hurdle where there is a small but competitive field put together. Sam Ewin has been booked to ride and this looks like a good race for our charge.

FIND A FORTUNE returned in great fortune with a second place the last day and looks well treated in this maiden hurdle. It looks a very open race on ratings and we have Jordan Gainford booked to ride.

VINA ARDANZA makes a quick return to the track here in what looks a tight handicap. He goes off top weight and we don’t claim as Sam Ewing takes the ride.

For the Mayo National we have 5 runners going to post. SALVADOR ZIGGY goes in as top weight so we are claiming off him with Carl taking away 7lbs. TULLYBEG should like the ground and his last run will have done him the world of good and Danny claims 3lbs. FRONTAL ASSAULT ran a cracker in the Irish National and hopefully Donagh can get a good tune out of him here. BALLYKEEL is the mount of Jordan Gainford and can hopefully go well off this mark. Finally DUFFLE COAT has been very consistent in filling the podium places this season but it would be great to see him on the top step again with Sam booked to ride.

DEFINITE PLAN is having his first start of the season. He is ever consistent and should enjoy the conditions here. Fingers crossed he has a good race and Jordan is booked to ride.

LITTLE TRILBY is our final runner of the day in the bumper. He goes well at home and was thrown in the deep end the last day in Punchestown. Adam Lord has been booked to ride and claims 7lbs.
