We’re off to some sunny racing in Ballinrobe this evening. FARREN GLORY is our first runner in the McHale Propel hurdle over 2m2.5f. He ran well in Grade 2 company last time in Fairyhouse and the drying ground might be a slight concern. Josh Williamson has been booked to ride and claims 5lbs.

MISERY HILL is our only runner now in the 2m6f maiden hurdle. We claim off him today with Paddy Cleary who claims 7lbs. This horse may be better suited to handicaps in time but has shown some ability.

There is some great prize money on offer for the McHale Mayo handicap hurdle over 2m6.5f. WINNING SMUT goes off top weight and duly gets a claimer in the form of Josh Williamson. He has first time headgear on which can hopefully elevate his performance. MAVERICK MACK is our second runner in this who we will also claim off with James Smith. This might be challenging for him but he is not without a chance.

For the Tiger Roll Beginners chase we have KOVANIS and SCALPNAGOON. Scalpnagoon had a great run over fences the last day and the better ground should suit him where we have Sam Ewing booked to ride. Kovanis has his first start over fences and is bred to do well in this sphere, Danny Gilligan has been booked to ride.

MAXXUM has been a brilliant servant for us and will have Danny Gilligan in the saddle for the Mayo National where the pair can hopefully go well. LUCKY LYREEN is our second representative in this and we claim using Josh Williamson. He has some good form this season and could be a dark horse.

For the bumper we have NOBLE ROCCO who is having her first run on the track. She has a nice pedigree and hopefully has enough pace for a run on the flat here with Harry Swan in the saddle.
