Our runner in Listowel; Cosmos D’ainay in now a non-runner

Over in Dundalk we see Nina Doherty make her debut under rules as a jockey. She will partner BOSTON MAX in the View Restaurant Dundalk Apprentice Handicap over 6f. He is a nice point and shoot ride who can hopefully go well off a mark of 60 and with Nina’s 7lbs claim might fly under the radar. Hopefully the pair can go well.

Next up is MY NATION in the 2yo fillies maiden over 7f. She had a spin in a barrier trial in late August where she will need to improve to feature. Her pedigree suggests she should be better at 3. It’ll be a good starting point to see where she is with Declan McDonogh in the saddle.

Our final runner of the evening is SONNY CORLEONE who has a change of tack with a fluffy noseband. This will be Nina’s second ride where she will have her full 10lbs claim. He will have a welterweight handicap and is another one who could surprise this evening.
