Our first runners of the evening come over jumps in Sligo where FIRST ASCENT has his second run for us in the Adare manor opportunity maiden hurdle. He is coming back after a long break and will come on for the run. Josh Williamson has been booked to ride and claims 2lbs.

LUMIERE DU LARGE hasn’t set the world alight since joining us but hopefully on better ground she should be able to land a blow with Sam Ewing booked to ride in this mares maiden hurdle.

SPECULATEUR is forever the bridesmaid as he has placed on his last 5 starts. This looks like a wide open race where he can hopefully gain a triumph under Sam Ewing.

BUTTON ROCK wears first time blinkers in the 2m4f handicap hurdle. He has fallen in the handicap so will hopefully have an opportunity to deliver here with Sam now booked to ride.

Finally in Sligo we have GERRYS WISH. This horse was in good form before she went on her holiday. She has a lovely weight in this will be ridden by Sam Ewing.

On the flat we start with HYGGE in the FEXCO maiden in Killarney. This horse has been running well over hurdles and now tries his hand at the flat. This looks a warm event but also very open where we have Declan McDonogh in the saddle.

WINNING SMUT goes in the QR handicap. He hasn’t run on the flat in over 2 years but has been very competitive in the jumps sphere. He can hopefully be very competitive here and will have Josh Halford in the saddle.
