Naas Sunday

Our first runner of the afternoon is COFFEYS FORGE in the Novice Handicap chase. He is a consistent type of horse who can hopefully get another cheque here with Danny Gilligan.

Making his debut under rules is PORT AUTHORITY in the maiden hurdle. This has attracted a large field and should be competitive with many being unexposed. Jack Kennedy has been booked to ride.

NEWBROOK DIAMOND is another having his first run for us and goes in this 2m2f event with Jack Kennedy booked to ride. He is a point to point winner and can hopefully go well in this sphere.

We double up in the Brown Lad handicap hurdle where we have STAFFORDSHIRE KNOT and POUR LES FILLES. Stafforshire knot looks made for these big field handicap hurdles so we claim off him with Carl Millar taking away 5lbs. Pour Les Filles made a winning return to the track and ran ok in Cheltenham the last day. He goes off a nice mark here and Jack Kennedy has been booked to ride.

We are three strong for the beginners chase where we have HELLO JACK, JACOB’S LADDER and THE WALLPARK. Hello Jack will be better for the run the last day and will be ridden by Jordan Gainford. JACOB’S LADDER is a big imposing sort who should take well to chasing and is the pick of Jack Kennedy. Finally THE WALLPARK was a fine staying hurdler last season and has every chance of emulating that over fences this season with Mark Walsh booked to ride.

Our final runner of the afternoon will be TORPILLE DAGROSTIS in the mares bumpers. She was a smart point to pointer and could do well in these mares only races. Harry Swan has been booked to ride.
