We send three runners down to Limerick today and the first of those is BE MY HERO, who makes his debut over fences today in the very first race today. He is lowly rated over hurdles but has always threatened to get off the mark, maybe fences will bring out that extra little bit of improvement in him and make it a successful venture for the Basement Syndicate, Danny Gilligan takes the mount.

Our second runner of the day is JIGORO in the 7.08pm, he makes his second start over fences and wasn’t disgraced on his first start over fences back in November and will have learned plenty from that experience. He achieved a decent level over hurdles and hopefully he can produce that over fences today, with five other rivals to take on, Sam Ewing takes the mount today.

The final runner of the day is BOSTON ROVER he returns from a break and makes his first start over fences today. Placed in two of his five starts over hurdles to date, he steps up further in trip and hopefully that combined with the larger obstacles will help him step forward. Sam Ewing takes the mount.
