It’s a quick turnaround after DRF and we start off with a cross country race. COKO BEACH is solid in these races and has plenty of cross country experience, he’ll be a great spin for Jody McGarvey. GEVREY needs to get his groove back and has been going well schooling over these fences, he will be ridden by Sam. THE GOFFER is a solid horse who could go well here and will have Jordan in the saddle. Another who has had a few spins around these jumps is chemical energy. He can get quite warm before his races but that’s just him, Kevin Sexton rides.

For the mares chase we have MUSIC OF TARA and SEA ASTER. Tara made a very quick return on investment by scoring first time out for the yard. We will test her over fences today with Sam in the saddle and fingers crossed she can go well. SEA ASTER ran a cracker the last day and didn’t have a clear run of it so could be a dark horse in this with Carl Millar in the saddle claiming 5lbs.

KAINSBOURG returns today and is dropped back to 2m once more. Jody McGarvey has been booked to ride and can hopefully go well. AMBER POINT goes well and is having his first run on the track so hopefully he can finish in the frame. Finally we have the first reserve CARDCOUNTER. He looks a smart horse and can hopefully get in with Sam booked to ride.

Our next runner is JACOB’S LADDER who is having his first run in a handicap. He battled well the last day for such a big horse so hopefully he can continue to improve with Sam Ewing booked to ride.

Another big horse out today is SON OF ANARCHY, hopefully he has continued to mature into himself and can go well here with Mark Walsh booked to ride for the 2m7f maiden hurdle.

The last race on the card is the UP THE YARD challenge. This year we have Helen Peppard taking part. She is a very capable rider and is often seen leading up some of our stars. She will partner GALVIN who was a winner of the Grade 1 Savills chase in 2021 and was 2nd in the American Grand national when he was last seen on the track, we wish the pair the very best of luck!
