We return to Sligo for the second day of their two day meeting, where it is the turn of the national hunt.
We go in the opener with KNOCKNAGAPPAGH who was unlucky not to win the last day and should improve, and hopefully this can be a family affair as Davy Russell takes the ride and his father owners.
DARTINGTON looks to have found his mojo now that he is on better ground but will be fairly weighted down with 11-13 worth of penalties. Jack Kennedy has been booked to ride and will ensure the most economical way around.
It’s a bit of a gap before we have FOLIO in the maiden hurdle. He is the more senior member of the field but is very unexposed having only had two previous runs. The switch to bumpers didn’t herald the result we expected so we flip back to hurdling and have Jack Kennedy.
Finally we wrap things up in the bumper with SET MY LOVE FREE who is from the family of Folsom Blue. It looks very open with a few having already shown their hand in terms of ability, Harry Swan has been booked to ride and he takes of 7lbs.
