Kilbeggan, Perth and Mussleburgh

It’s a very busy day today as we have plenty of runners across three tracks.

Staying on home turf we will look at Kilbeggan first where we have just three runners.

LEVEL NEVERENDING finally got his head in front on the last day and looks to compare well Chiricahua where only one pound separates them on ratings. He seems to like it around here and we have stepped him up in trip where Jack Kennedy has been booked to ride.

CALL ME LYREEN goes in the Beginners Chase over 2m3f. He did well on debut over fences when he came 4th and he has been stepped up in trip here as well and will have Jack Kennedy in the saddle.

Finally we have INNELLAN SHORE in the bumper. He should have learned plenty from his last run and will have Harry Swan claiming 7lbs.

Switching to the flat TRONADOR goes for the Sunday Series Stayers Handicap at Musselburgh over 2 miles. He ran well at Sligo the last day and the step up in trip will suit him along with Tyler Herd who claims 5lbs.

BUSSINESS is our second runner at Musselburgh and he goes in the 7f handicap. He had a very fruitful winter under the Dundalk lights and goes off a nice turf rating here which will hopefully prove competitive with Oisin Orr.

Finally over in Perth ENKI FLACKE and FOOTYS BRIDGE. It would be great to see if Enki can back up his win the last day with another good performance here as Sean Bowen is booked to ride. Footys Bridge hasn’t quite taken to point to pointing and the smaller jumps on offer here and will have Corey McGivern in the saddle who claims 7lbs.

ASH TREE MEADOW faces only four other competitors in the Novice Chase. He has very good form in to races and went well on chasing debut , on ratings he is the one to beat and will have Sean Bowen in the saddle.

For the feature race of the card, the Perth Gold Cup we have GLENLOE who rarely puts in a bad run in these big staying chases. It’s a very small field and he is bottom of the handicap. He will have Sean Bowen in the saddle.

For the handicap chase over 2m4f we have IMPERIAL SACHIN’S who goes in first time blinkers. It would be great to see this horse back to winning ways and hopefully the head gear can do the trick with Sean Bowen in the saddle.

Finally in the bumper we bring forward ELUSIVE SEA who was last seen coming third in a Punchestown bumper last October. The ground should be to her liking and she is a filly who might have more to give after a winter of growing and strengthening up. Sean Bowen has been booked to ride.
